Bridgeons is an AI-powered global sourcing platform that connects customers with manufacturers and supports RFQ, quotation, production tracking, and logistics workflows.
2. User Roles
Users may access the platform as customers, manufacturers, or administrators.
Customers may create production requests, initiate RFQ processes, and evaluate manufacturer quotes.
Manufacturers may review RFQ requests, submit technical and commercial responses, and provide production-related information.
3. Role of the Platform
Bridgeons provides digital infrastructure for sourcing, matching, quotation management, and operational tracking. Bridgeons is not a direct manufacturer and does not itself perform manufacturing activities.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users must use the platform lawfully, in good faith, and without infringing the rights of third parties.
5. Quotes and Production Processes
Prices, lead times, capacities, materials, certifications, packaging, and logistics information submitted by manufacturers are based on the manufacturer’s declarations. Bridgeons may perform reasonable checks to support reliability but is not directly responsible for manufacturer declarations.
6. Confidentiality
Commercial information, prices, product specifications, production details, and customer/manufacturer information shared on the platform are considered confidential. Users agree not to disclose such information to unauthorized third parties.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Bridgeons should be contacted in case of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
8. Suspension of Service
Bridgeons may suspend or terminate user accounts in case of misuse, false information, security risk, or unlawful use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bridgeons is not directly liable for production delays, quality disputes, logistics disruptions, or issues caused by third-party service providers.
10. Updates
Bridgeons may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
