This Confidentiality Policy explains the basic rules for protecting commercial, technical, and operational information shared through the Bridgeons platform.

2. Confidential Information

The following information may be considered confidential:

• Customer information
• Manufacturer information
• RFQ details
• Quote and pricing information
• Product designs
• Technical documents
• Material, packaging, production, and logistics information
• Certification and quality documents
• Commercial strategy and operational information
• In-platform communications

3. User Obligations

Users agree to use confidential information accessed through the platform only for the relevant business process.

Users may not disclose, copy, publish, or misuse confidential information for unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Bridgeons Obligations

Bridgeons takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect confidential information shared on the platform.

Bridgeons seeks not to disclose user confidential information to unauthorized third parties.

5. Exceptions

The following information is not considered confidential:

• Publicly available information
• Information already known by the user
• Information lawfully obtained from third parties
• Information required to be disclosed by authorized public authorities

6. Duration of Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations continue for a reasonable period after the use of the platform ends.

7. Breach

In case of unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information, Bridgeons may suspend or terminate the relevant account and pursue legal remedies.
